Dr. Kordrostami is an assistant professor of marketing at the school of Business- Humboldt State University. Her primary research interests are digital marketing, application of persuasion knowledge model in the online shopping context, and brand relationships. She has presented her research at national conferences such as Academy of Marketing Association and Academy of Business Research. She is a member of Academy of Marketing Association, Society for Marketing Advances, and Academy of Marketing Science. Dr. Kordrostami earned her Ph.D. from Old Dominion University in Marketing with a minor in International Business. Before joining Humboldt State University, she taught a wide variety of courses at Strome College of Business-Old Dominion University for which she won the outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award at Strome College of Business for the 2015-16 Academic year.
