Michelle Lane is a faculty member involved in teaching strategy, quantitative analysis and decision modeling as well as sustainability at the undergraduate and MBA levels. Her interests and research are focused in the area of social responsibility. She is currently developing a measurement instrument of social entrepreneurship and a framework for understanding the intricacies of managing a social entrepreneurial venture. Her research also involves assessment of performance of social and environmental initiatives and she has recent publications in the Social Enterprise Journal and Education & Training in these areas. Dr. Lane teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
