When adventuring in the outdoors, there is nothing more important than protecting the areas we use and love. Leave No Trace is an internationally recognized program that utilizes a set of ethics that helps us to understand how to reduce out impact in the back country as well as the front country. This training will give you a general knowledge of how to make good decisions to reduce your impact.
Introduction to Archery is open to archers of every skill level. This course is designed to introduce beginning archers to the basic fundamentals of the sport in accordance with the National Training System; this includes: proper posture and alignment, aiming, the release and follow through. This class will utilize the hands-on application of using a bow and arrow in conjunction with demonstrations and lectures. This course will also discuss the proper care and use of archery equipment.
This is a one-day excursion to the snow for first time cross-country skiers and for those who wish to improve their skills. You will receive individual instruction in cross-country skiing including flatland and downhill techniques. Bring a friend or family member and enjoy a day in the snow!

To strip away all the unnecessary jargon, math, and complexity and get down to the essential core so that you can, with some effort on your part, come to understand one of the all-time most amazing achievements of the human mind.
The class is open to everyone of all ages and education levels. There are no prerequisites. This one-day seminar will cover a variety of topics associated with all-grain brewing including some advanced techniques. The instructor will demonstrate the brewing process on a 1 barrel pub-style brew system. Some of the topics to be discussed will include sanitation/closed-system operations, an overview of brewhouse equipment, carbohydrate and protein conversion temperatures, bitterness/flavor/aroma extraction from hops, yeast management, and many others. The students will benefit from a hands-on style presentation where they will experience the brewing process first hand while discussing related topics.
