Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness

June 28, July 5, & July 12
Paddleboarding is a full-body exercise and has become a popular cross-training workout. While the leg muscles do most of the work, virtually every muscle in your body will be engaged at some point. The arms, back and shoulders are used when paddling. The core, back and abdominal muscles keep your balance. Why try it? There are numerous benefits for your health and it’s a fun low-impact workout!
Program Fee: 
3 Sessions: $34 HSU Students • $45 All Others

75-minute workouts, equipment, and instruction
