Classes & Activities
This course is designed to introduce beginning archers to the basic fundamentals of the sport in accordance with the National Training System; this includes: proper posture and alignment, aiming, the release and follow through. This class will utilize the hands-on application of using a bow and arrow in conjunction with demonstrations and lectures. This course will also discuss the proper care and use of archery equipment.
Open to all teen athletes, this program includes exclusive, individualized training in the areas of plyometrics, speed development, strength development, power development, agility, Olympic lifting and flexibility.
