Introduction to Archery

This class is designed to introduce beginning archers to the basic fundamentals of the sport in accordance with the National Training System. The class will focus on proper posture and alignment, aiming, the release and follow through as well as  proper care and use of archery equipment. This class will utilize the hands-on application of using a bow and arrow in conjunction with demonstrations and lectures.

Program Fee: 
$30 HSU Students • $35 All Others
Day and Time: 
Saturday • 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM
Recreation and Wellness Center 124 • Indoor Fieldhouse
Participants will need to bring $5 on the day of the class to pay for equipment rental
