Cooking 101 – Cooking for College Students

You don’t have to be a celebrity chef to prepare food that is healthy and quick. Learn the basics of nutritious dorm or off-campus cooking. In this workshop, participants will learn how to steam, sauté, bake and boil, spice up meals with a few herbs and spices, and make great meals with just a few ingredients. Includes recipes.

Spring Cleaning

April 1
Learn simple, easy-to-follow whole foods nutritional program to help you change your habits toward healthier eating. This workshop will help participants eliminate toxins, food allergies, sugar and caffeine dependence without the need for special foods, supplements or fasting! Works with dining hall, dorm and off-campus dining.
