Strategic Planning

CNRS Strategic Planning Committee

The purpose of the CNRS Strategic Planning Committee is to develop a comprehensive plan that comprises CNRS’s mission; vision; values; goals; and quantitative measurable benchmarks (Phase I), plus an implementation plan (Phase II). The committee began work in January 2017 and will continue through December 2017. Planned completion dates are May 2017 for Phase I and December 2017 for Phase II. The plan will inform thinking and guide actions on CNRS priorities, structure, and processes and its relationship with the rest of the university, the community, and other external stakeholders. At this point the CNRS Strategic Planning Committee is not a standing committee, though its status in that regard will be determined by the CNRS Council of Chairs, Associate Dean, and Dean before the committee’s charge is completed.
