The curriculum is structured to provide core content in the area of nutrition and exercise as they relate to health, performance, weight management, and, optimal bone and muscle development. Changing trends in dietary intake and exercise for health and fitness will be emphasized throughout the courses.
To earn a Certificate in Exercise Nutrition students must complete four, 3–unit classes, for a total of 12 units. The courses must be taken in sequence and is offered entirely online.
