Humboldt State University will test its Emergency Alert System on Tuesday, December 7th from 10:45 to 11:00 AM. The new Emergency Public Address System will activate campus-wide. There will be a series of audible tones, strobe lights and recorded messages alerting the campus community that a test is in progress and where to turn for additional information: Humboldt State Emergency Conditions page, 826-INFO, and KHSU 90.5 FM radio.
Campus signage will be posted that morning and an emergency test text message will be sent out to those who have registered their cell phone number through the HSU Account Center (remember, if you have changed vendors, you need to re-register your cell phone number and vendor).
