Power Hour

Time: 5:15 pm-Thursday, November 8th 6:15 pm


A boot camp style course designed to burn large amounts of calories in a short period of time. Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advance physical shape or just starting out. A new routine (designed by a certified strength and conditioning professional) will challenge you every day!

Additional Public Info: Class will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm in the West Gym on the HSU campus. Please contact the HSU Student Recreation Center for more information!

Price: Drop-In Program Fee: $4 HSU Students, $6 All Others Full Session Program Fee: $60 HSU Students, $70
