Core Attack

Time: 4:30 pm-Thursday, November 8th 5:00 pm


This 30 minute class targets your core (i.e. abdominals, obliques, gluteals, spinal erectors, hip extensors, etc.) through a variety of exercises all the while improving core stability, core strength, core endurance, hip mobility, coordination and balance. The core is your power house for movement, so let's get it powerful!

Additional Public Info: Class meets Monday - Thursday from 4:30 - 5:00 pm in Fitness Studio B. Please contact the HSU Student Recreation Center for more information!

Price: Drop-In Fee: $2 HSU Students, $3 All Others Full Session Program Fee: $60 HSU Students, $70 All Oth
