The Institute incorporates presentations and conversations from experts, skill-building workshops, active discussion, and structured planning time for integrating new strategies into routine practice.

Keynote Speaker Dr. Claude Steele will present "How Stereotypes Affect Us and What We Can Do." Steele is the author of "Whistling Vivaldi: And Other Clues to How Stereotypes Affect Us."
