Power Hour Drop-In Group Fitness

Time: 5:15 pm-Wednesday, March 13th 6:15 pm


A boot camp style course designed to burn large amounts of calories in a short period of time. Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advanced physical shape or just starting out. A new routine (designed by a certified strength and conditioning professional) will challenge you each day.

Additional Public Info: Class takes place Monday and Wednesday from 5:15 - 6:15pm. Drop-in registration welcome. Call the Student Recreation Center for more information and to register for full sessions! This course is open to community members.

Price: Full Session: $40 HSU Students, $60 All Others Drop-In Price: $4 HSU Students, $6 All Others
