Disaster Preparedness on the HSU Campus and Beyond

Time: 1:00 pm-2:30 pm

April is Disaster Preparedness Month and HSU would like to help you prepare by offering preparedness classes.

Learn how to prepare for the next big earthquake or disaster, because it's not a matter of if - it's a matter of when!

Find out how to Get a Kit of emergency supplies; Make a Plan for what you will do in an emergency; Be Informed by learning about alert notifications and hazards in your area; and Get Involved with preparedness in your community.

Jan Marnell from UPD Emergency Management will lead discussions about disaster preparedness, building evacuations, active shooter, sheltering in place, earthquakes and other emergencies that could affect us on campus and on the North Coast.
