Facilities Maintenance & Operations works daily to maintain the campus's academic and classroom facilities. Our team is a mix of multi-skilled, multi-talented trades personnel who are experienced in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, and more. The Building Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining all mechanical equipment related to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration trades; as well as ensuring that the campus’s alarm systems are all in working order. Energy Management works to provide reliable, safe, and abundant energy for the University.
