About Us

Facilities Management is a service-oriented organization composed of people who value our campus community and are deeply committed to serving the University. From the planning and design process, to construction, to daily maintenance operations and facility related services, Facilities Management is committed to providing the University with a safe, functional, and attractive campus environment. Facilities Management is committed to maintaining campus physical assets in the most aesthetically pleasing and optimal operating condition possible so as to support the mission and goals of the University. We accomplish this through the provision of responsive, cost-effective and sustainably-oriented planning, design, construction and maintenance services to the campus community.

Our Responsibilities: Facilities Mangement maintains more than 70 buildings and 154 acres on the campus; these facilities are used by roughly 6,000 students,  600 faculty and 600 full-time staff.
