The thesis and project submissions and both the courtesy format reviews and final format reviews are now handled by the Scholarly Communications department in the Library. All thesis and project guidelines, the graduate student handbook, and all graduate forms will still be handled by the Office of Graduate Studies, and can be found online at http://www2.humboldt.edu/gradprograms/thesis-format-requirements.
