Welcome to HSU's Housing site. This page and its links provide a comprehensive guide to living on campus. You'll find information here on our housing policies, safety guidelines, housing rates and deadlines, as well as advice on finding a job on campus. If you decide, at some point, to live off campus, you'll find our off-campus housing link especially useful: it contains a guide to the local rental market and tips on how to secure a house or apartment close to campus.

Need Something Fixed?

If you need something fixed, please log into your MyHousing portal page and complete a Maintenance Work Request. If you have any questions, please contact the Housing Office at 707-826-3451!

Our Facility Services staff maintains, and provides both custodial and grounds keeping services to more than 503,000 square feet of student housing. If you live in the Canyon, Cypress, Creekview, the Hill, Campus Apartments, College Creek or frequent the Jolly Giant Commons, you've seen our work.

Facility projects are ongoing throughout the year and are a routine part of our building maintenance program. We typically complete these projects during the summer months. However, some projects may be performed during the academic year. Your education is always at the forefront of our decision-making process and scheduling, which is why our staff and contractors make every possible effort to observe residence hall "quiet hours."
