Spring 2014 Trainings

Training and Professional Development is pleased to organize a schedule of trainings each semester. While these will not be the only trainings available on campus, they help the campus to know of a few upcoming trainings for planning purposes.

Training and Professional Development

Humboldt State University is committed to fulfilling and supporting training and professional development of HSU employees. Employee Orientation

The Employee Orientation offers information from various campus representatives including the departments of Academic Personnel Services and Human Resources, University Police, Emergency Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Diversity & Inclusion and Payroll. New employees will receive a letter inviting their participation and are welcome to contact APSHR at any time by calling 826.3626.

Several texts and materials are available on a multitiude of workplace topics. The recommended readings list details just some of those readings that you may find beneficial.

In the HR Library to the right you will also find a list of topics and the associated texts and materials that the Human Resources Department offers in their library.
