Daily Challenge - Presented by Blue Shield and available to everyone.  Participating Blue Shield members eligible for prizes.

Wellvolution and Daily Challenge Program - Available to anybody.  Blue Shield members can win prizes!

Drop by the Student Recreation Center to get a workout in or to participate in various fitness classes, including Power Hour, Tabata, Spin, Core Strength, and Zumba. Visit their website for a downloadable group fitness calendar and class descriptions, as well as their Facebook page for the most up to date information and general fitness ideas.

Participate in Intramurals. Is there a sport you love? Staff are welcome to create their own teams and compete.  Would you prefer to participate in a drop-in sport?  The Recreation and Wellness Department offers that as well.

Counseling and Psychological Services offers resources for students and staff, including Crisis Services.  Familiarize yourself with their website, join Jodi and Jen for a Walk & Talk, or try out meditation with the One Breath Group (beginners always welcome).

HSU Community Counseling clinic provides no-cost counseling to the entire community, for individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children. 

Center Activities leads many wonderful outdoor adventure groups and even rents out equipment so you can go out on your own.
