Application Process

Electronic copies of applications can be emailed to Application emails must be received no later than the close date indicated on the vacancy announcement. If a position is listed as ‘open until filled’ all applications received by the first review date will be given full consideration, however, applications will continue to be accepted until the position is filled. To request application materials, contact us by phone, (707) 826-3626, or  email. Human Resources is located on the Humboldt State University campus in Siemens Hall, Room 212.

Please Note: The successful candidate for a position at HSU is required to be fingerprinted through the Humboldt State University Police Department (UPD) or their local law enforcement agency. The cost of the fingerprinting is borne by the University. UPD offers Live Scan services Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
