Finals Pizza Party

David's Pizza Party

Last year, David, a student who had nearly 2,000 J points left at the end of semester, bought a stack of pizzas and treated campus to an impromptu pizza party. This year, Forever Humboldt, with the help of alumni supporters, brought the party back to life - handing out slices to hundreds of students during
Finals Week.

To help ease the stress of finals, various campus groups also brought dogs to campus for “puppy therapy” and the library offered guided meditation sessions.

Results: Graduation Pledge Survey

More than 120 alumni recently took the time to answer a Graduation Pledge Survey and helped HSU gain valuable insights on how people are "living the pledge." More than 60 percent said they were fulfilling the pledge or planned to do so in the future. Community involvement, sustainable purchases, activism, and charity donations were the most common ways. Thank you to everyone who participated!
