Donors Help Preserve Football

Alumni and community donors rallied for Humboldt State, raising funds to help HSU continue its intercollegiate football team. “We’re proud of our athletics program and our football team, and I’m so thankful for those who have stepped up to provide the financial resources to continue all our sports,” says HSU President Lisa Rossbacher.

Nothing says the holidays like shiny bows and pretty paper. Last month, Winter Wishes volunteers came together to wrap gifts worth more than $9,000 and deliver them to 93 local children in need. Each year, therapy dogs come to campus to ease the stress of finals week. And each year, they do not disappoint. Students in the throes of exams flocked to pet some seriously adorable pooches, who lapped up the love in the Library during the last week of the fall semester.
