Your Gifts Support Students

Students at the library

A gift to the Humboldt Loyalty Fund reaches students across campus. Your gift could help remodel a lab, provide a student with an internship opportunity, and support shorebird research all at the same time. Humboldt Loyalty Fund allows HSU to take advantage of opportunities immediately, meet needs when they arise, and enhance the education of today's students.

Take the Humboldt Quiz

How much do you know about Humboldt State? You could win great Humboldt prizes! Just click the answer button to respond. Those sending correct responses to this month's question will be entered in a drawing for Forever Humboldt gifts.

The inspiration for Lucky Logger, Humboldt’s mascot, came from what?

  • A) A statue that once stood in the men’s gym
  • B) A cartoon by a student artist in the Lumberjack
  • C) A cartoon in Mad magazine
  • D) A humorous skit by theater students

Last month’s quiz asked, “Humboldt State’s first catalog promised a climate that would keep students...?” Congratulations to Stacey Gauger (‘02, Political Science) for submitting the correct answer and winning the drawing: Mentally keen and alert.
