After consultation with our users, we’ve redesigned the Help Desk request form so it’s easier to complete. You use your HSU User Name and Password to access the form, but this means that your name, office phone number and location, email address, and department are automatically entered into the form. It’s less typing for you, and guaranteed accurate information for us, which helps us to address your problem more quickly.
Remember that, during the semester, the Help Desk is available for walk-in assistance in Lib 120, as well as phone support at (707) 826 HELP (4357), on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 p.m.

Over the next few months, you’ll see the Help Desk increasingly referred to as the Technology Help Desk – we think it more accurately reflects the breadth of services we provide to the campus community.
