If you've ever needed to get an approved application installed on your HSU-owned Windows PC and had to wait in line for your turn, your wait is now over!
Thanks to HSU's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), you can now install approved software on your network-connected PC yourself. All you need is your HSU User Name and Password.

Humboldt State University uses TeamViewer Remote Support screen-sharing software to help support technicians understand and resolve computer problems without the need to physically visit your office. Using remote screen-sharing software saves everyone's time and is especially helpful when you need to get a problem resolved quickly.
1. Download the HSU Remote Support software by clicking the appropriate link below for either the Windows or Macintosh version.
Below you'll find download links and setup instructions for some of the most popular software applications used on campus. Microsoft Office products are available to faculty and staff by contacting your area ITC or submitting a support request, and to students through the HSU Bookstore.
