Agenda Topic and Meeting Summary

 

1. Data Cookbook

  • Funding for implementation and ongoing annual maintenance has been confirmed.
  • Following purchase, DWLT will schedule a ‘kick‐off’ session with the vendor to strategize implementation and workflow.

2. Campus Communication

  • The draft communication will be circulated to the DWLT for final feedback, then published.

3. Subgroup Status Reports

HR Group

  • The Faculty Summary dashboard has been completed and is ready for presentation to the Provost and Deans.
  • The dashboard for employee data is in progress.

Student Enrollment Group

  • Vikash Lakhani attended the subgroup meeting and demonstrated dashboards used by Enrollment Management.
  • The DWLT Student Enrollment subgroup work on incorporating Finance data, and will continue to work with Enrollment Management to prevent duplication of efforts.
  • HR and Enrollment subgroups will meet Tuesday, April 15th, 1:00‐1:50 pm and/or as needed. Group chairs will organize subgroup scheduling.
