We are continuing to monitor the wireless system. If you experience any problems with Safe Connect and its Policy Key, please create a Help Desk Ticket. ** TNS has investigated. We have opened a ticket with the Safe Connect vendor. After change they made, we believe it is working, but will continue to monitor the Wireless system.

Due to power and network constraints, this necessitates the removal or the third black and white printer in LIB122.

People trying to install software from Windows self-service application library *UPDATE* The server was rebooted at 3:20pm and service was restored at 3:20 pm. System administrators for the SCCM server which hosts the Windows application library are making configuration changes to facilitate MBAM and will need to reboot the server during 2:00pm and 3:30 pm today.

The main Collaborate site is reporting a system wide connection/access issue.They are working on it and will post when service is restored. UPDATE: The file system has error and will take a little time to resolve them before expanding the volume UPDATE: there are errors in the file system that are being fixed. Wireless Network Sep 22 2014 - 16:22 Campus Wireless Users HSU staf worked with the wireless vendor and identified an issue with the upgraded code that was causing some devices to be dropped. The settings have now been adjusted to prevent this from happening.

Computer Labs Sep 16 2014 - 09:02 Vlab applications System Admins are investigating UPDATE: The systems are available. We restored gateway access within 5 minutes, local printing issues seem to be resolved and license server communication has been solved. We are still investigating what cause the printing issue.
