myHumboldt Jul 5 2016 - 18:30 Portal Users, with effects on DARS, Account Setting, and other systems that rely on Poplar Poplar unexpectedly restarted at 6:30pm. Although all databases came back up pahumprd was not communicating with the listener. A listener restart was required which occurred at 9pm (causing a second minor outage for Auxprd and Auxprd2) which resolved the issue with Pahumprd.

Campus Data Network Jun 22 2016 - 09:04 Anyone trying to get to off-campus network resources Primary internet link failed. Routing did not correctly switch over to backup link. Manually routed traffic and are now back up. Investigating why the automatic switchover to backup failed as well as when the primary link will be back up. ***UPDATE - links were down again this evening during AT&T maintenance window making changes to fix the circuit. Currently available.

Due to the Xen cluster outage that happened this morning, the ITS Labs Team was unable to begin working on the Minitab and SPSS license server service updates. These two license service updates will be scheduled later on this week.
