Computer Labs Jun 14 2016 - 08:30 Users of ArcGIS, MatLab in ITS Interdisciplinary Labs, Minitab and SPSS. The Minitab license service and license file need to be updated on the license server to allow for a newer version of Minitab to be deployed on campus.

Moodle Jun 10 2016 - 15:49 All ,Moodle users Users are unable to login or access Moodle. System administrators are investigating. The tech speak for what happened: For some reason, to be determined, the netscaler failed over to it's High Availability node. When that happened, an issue with the SSL certificate occurred such that the Netscaler could not pass traffic on port 443. One of our sysadmins re-installed the certificate and the Netscaler was able to pass traffic on 443. Sysadmins will follow up with root cause analysis as soon as possible. In Plain language: the device that passes network traffic to and from Moodle was unable to do so until a problem was fixed with the security certificate for that device. All is working now and the sysadmins will do their best to determine what caused the problem in the first place.

MyApps (Self Service Software Portal) May 25 2016 - 09:00 People wishing to download and install Windows applications from the self-service application library Planned Maintenance, applying SQL service pack 3C3 to the SCCM database. During this time we will be rebooting the server 3 times. While rebooting the service will be unavailable. - Service is now available.
CMS/Peoplesoft May 25 2016 - 18:00 Anyone who uses Student Center, Faculty Center, Human Resources, Student Records, Student Financials, Financial Aid, Admissions During our regularly scheduled maintenance window the following items will be installed in production: Fix #5 to admissions letters in SS (HUM_SS297_90_Admissions), Maxient mod fix (for preferred name, HUM_MXNT_PRF mod), Absence Mgmt Update Fix (BSL_90_AM_INC0159522_BI_AccumFix.zip), and CollegeScheduler fix (for preferred name, HSU_SS412_CollegeScheduler mod).

KBOX Ticketing System Apr 21 2016 - 22:30 Those who use the technology help ticketing system. Planned outage to upgrade KBOX. The installed service pack will fix a number of known issues including weird characters in auto-close emails. UPDATE: Upgrade occured without issue. Server is online.

Other Apr 4 2016 - 09:57 staff and students system indicates a single drive failure, though this should NOT have disabled access to shares.As of 1230 on 4/4/16, all data is available to users again. Drive has been replaced and system is currently rebuilding the array.
