Network Folders Mar 1 2011 - 03:30 Many Folders Users ITS discovered that a script had been running since early today, that archived many users' Home drives, and deleted the home folder for the affected users. The script has been stopped. ITS is working on assessing who is affected, and will restore the missing Home drives for those users.

We have taken steps to speed up the Zimbra service and after the last migrations on Tuesday, email will bypass Zimbra and delivery should return to normal.

Network Folders Feb 17 2011 - 03:45 All Folders Users ITS identified a resource situation, that requires a preventative reset of the File System connection between NRS-LABS, and the Folders SMB server. This connection is scheduled to get reset automatically every Monday, and Thursday at 03:45 a.m. for the time being.
