***UPDATE 3/3/13 @ 6:49AM REPLACEMENT COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY*** They will intermittently lose connectivity while APs in their area fail-over to a backup controller. This will happen twice - once at the start of the change and again at the end of the change.
Utilize a wired network interface adapter to maintain connectivity, if required during this time.
Our wireless equipment vender, Aruba Networks, has asked us to replace one of our wireless controllers because it continues to have kernel panics, which interrupt services unexpectedly. The cause or kernel panics has been traced to a hardware fault in the CPU voltage regulator.
