Accessing This Service

You access Account Center with your HSU User Name (your initials plus a number), which you need to log in to your HSU email, lab computers, Moodle, Inter-Library Loan, and HSU Wireless.

Using This Service

The first time you access Account Center, you must replace your temporary passwrd password before you do anything else. Your password must be between eight and 30 characters long and include at least one number, one letter, and one supported special character (#%*+-=^); it cannot contain your first or last name or your HSU User Name.

You'll also be asked to provide answers to a set of security questions that can be used to verify your identity if you lose or forget your password.
