The MCC offers two grants for funding student-oriented campus events.
Cultural Education Grants up to $400 are available for on-campus events and activities that promote cultural education, multicultural awareness, and discussions of diversity issues, intercultural communication and/or cultural celebrations that will benefit the entire HSU community.
Diversity Programming Grants up to $2500 are available to bring speakers/performers/artists to HSU for larger-scale campus events that promote cultural education and awareness that will benefit the entire HSU community.
For more information about either grant contact Marylyn Paik-Nicely at 826-3365 or stop by the MultiCultural Center.
Because these funds are student generated through Associated Students, there are some limitations that need to be considered when applying for funding. For more information about these considerations as well as how to apply are available on the Clubs Funding Page.
