Our facilities features a 200-seat recital hall, three computer labs, many practice rooms, digital and analog recording equipment, many grand pianos, a large inventory of wind, string, and percussion instruments, and one of the most comprehensive chamber music libraries on the West Coast.

Modern classrooms, teaching studios, piano lab, computer technology classroom, composition/film scoring workstation, 30 practice rooms, over sixty pianos, harpsichords, organ, percussion studios, string, wind and brass instruments for student use, and an early instrument collection

Piano Lab

The Piano Lab is a Roland digital piano lab with twenty-six student keyboards and a master control panel. It functions for class lab settings and individual practice.

There are a total of ten workstations in the lab comprised of the following hardware and software:

Music Libraries

Our Music Libraries contain historical sets and collected editions of the works of selected major composers as well as a large collection of study scores of classical and contemporary works. In addition, scholarly works on music history, theory, analysis, performance practice, music education, biographical materials on performers and composers, as well as research oriented guides and bibliographies are also available. Students also have online access to research library catalogues and to Music Index and RILM.
