Adventures of Noni and Tule at Sequoia Park Zoo

24053: Registration closed

With Christine Noel, Instructor, and Jim Campbell-Spickler, Zoo Director

In summer 2023, Sequoia Park Zoo welcomed American black bears Noni and Tule. These yearling cubs arrived from Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care, Inc., unable to return to the wild. Join us to share in their story of survival, learn about their new life at the Zoo, and observe their antics firsthand! In addition to learning about Noni and Tule’s life at the Zoo -- from training, husbandry, diet and enrichment -- we will also discuss human wildlife interactions and how we can all help to keep bears wild and safe. The program will be held at Sequoia Park Zoo, and takes place both in the classroom and outdoors. Please come prepared for the weather! Register by March 6.

Sat., March 9 • 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
