Dear HSU faculty & staff,

On Wed., April 22nd, 4-6 p.m., we will be holding our culminating event, Celebrating Classroom & Community Partnerships. This event showcases the hands-on education experiences HSU students from Service Learning & Academic Internship classes have been conducting this year with community partners. We invite you to participate in the following ways...

1. Please attend the event! The Event flier with details is attached to this email. Thank you for posting and sharing with students, faculty and staff.
2. Faculty who have been overseeing a student in HSU Service Learning or Academic Internship roles: you, your students and/or community partners might also consider presenting at our event! Please see the attached Call for Proposals for details, with a new extended deadline for sending us your ideas for participating in one of 3 ways- 1) an 8 minute panel; 2) a poster or other audio-visual display; or 3) a typed up anecdote up to 350 words about your partnership experience....
