CSUPERB: 2015 Symposium Registration System Open

November 12, 2014
Dear CSU Faculty, FCG, Chairs, Deans and Friends:
The 2015 CSU Biotechnology Symposium registration system is now open!
CSUPERB sent out poster abstract decisions last week; as a result, the symposium registration system is now open to non-presenting faculty, students and administrators.  The link to the registration system, as well as the program-at-a-glance, is available at the symposium website.
Please feel free to forward this email widely!
CSU Faculty/Staff/Postdoc Registration Information:
All CSU faculty/staff/postdocs will be charged a $125 registration fee payable by credit card in the registration system.  Registration includes lodging as well as Friday and Saturday lunch/dinner provided by CSUPERB at the Santa Clara Marriott, along with access to all sessions at the symposium (a total value of over $629 this year).  Please note:  To save money, we are not offering catered breakfast for symposium attendees this year, so plan accordingly.  CSUPERB provides transportation reimbursements to campuses (up to $150) for CSU Faculty/Staff/Postdoc attendees.  This amount is in addition to lodging and meal costs covered by CSUPERB and is inclusive of any parking fees. These funds may not be used to reimburse the required $125 symposium registration fee.
CSU Administrator Registration Information:
Symposium registration will be $125, payable by credit card in the registration system. Registration includes Friday and Saturday lunch/dinner provided by CSUPERB at the Santa Clara Marriott, along with access to all sessions at the symposium. You can reserve lodging at the Santa Clara Marriott at the symposium group rate ($95/night) at this website until December 18, 2014.
Other Registration Options:
A limited number of 3-Day-Pass registrations are available to non-presenting CSU students, non-CSU/CCC educators, industry professionals and others. 3-Day Pass registration will be $141, payable by credit card in the registration system. Registration includes access to all sessions at the symposium. Lunch and Dinner are not provided for Day Pass attendees. If you need lodging at the Santa Clara Marriott, you can reserve a room at the CSU Symposium group rate ($95/night) at this website until December 18, 2014.  Day Pass registrations are only available using the symposium registration system before December 2nd. There is no on-site registration at the symposium.
CSU Student Full Cost registrations are also available to non-presenting CSU students who wish to attend the symposium and also receive shared lodging as well as Friday and Saturday lunch/dinner.  Symposium registration will be $413, payable by credit card in the registration system.
