Getting an Error Page When You Print from a Mac?

If you're experiencing problems printing from a Mac on campus, either in the labs or via the wireless pay-for-print, it's likely caused by an incompatibility between the Calibri font and the current version of the MacOS. Apple anticipates an updated release that will fix this problem by the end of this month so, in the meantime, use one of the following workaround:

  • Change any instances of the Calibri font to a different font
  • If you're printing a PDF, print it as an image rather than a document
  • Print your document from a Windows computer

ITS will let campus know when the updated OS has been rolled out.

You can claim a refund for any impacted pay-for-print jobs - just complete and return theĀ print refund form.
