HAVE AN IT PROJECT IN MIND?

September 7, 2016

The ITS Project Office is making a few changes to the way prioritization is handled in this cycle. The window for submitting project proposals will be just two weeks - September 19 to October 3 - so we're recommending you use this early heads-up to start assembling your request(s).

In order to give greater visibility to the different types of projects, we're asking you to choose one of the following four umbrella categories for each proposal you submit (you'll find more detailed descriptions of each category on the request form):

  • Academic Technology
  • Student Services
  • Business Services
  • Infrastructure & Information Security

We are developing a process to prioritize projects both within and across these categories to ensure that the approved requests most closely support the overall Strategic Plan for the campus.

Ready to start working on your proposal? You can go directly to the project request form here.

To be considered in this prioritization cycle, your proposals must be received by October 3, 2016. There's more information on the proposal process on the ITS website, and Project Office staff are available to you during normal office hours to help out with any questions or concerns.
