HSU Chemistry Club Recognized

The HSU Chemistry Club: The Free Radicals were recently recognized by the American Chemical Society.
Out of four award rankings the American Chemical Society (ACS) gives to student chemistry club chapters:
Outstanding, Commendable, Honorable Mention, Green Chapter, ... or No Award.
We received two a Commendable ranking! and Green Chapter
And this was our first chapter report after being re-activated with the ACS.
The students did a great job.

As advisers, Chris Harmon and I are very proud of the students for increasing their professional efforts.
Our meetings are the first ant third Thursdays of the month at 5 pm in Sci A room 467.
Our next topics include National Chemistry Week and mole day and Kindergarten slime demos.
