HSU guest speaker Dr. Chuck Striplin ~ Oct 12

Dr. Chuck Striplen will be visiting HSU on Monday October 12.
This Diversity Program-funded visit is co-sponsored by the Departments of Anthropology, Forestry & Wildland Resources, History, Native American Studies, Wildlife and the HSU Library.
At 2 pm, Dr. Striplen will discuss "Using Primary Sources and Historical Documents
in Historical Ecology" in the Humboldt Room of the HSU Library.
He will be speaking in the Native American Forum at 4 pm on the topic of "Applying Traditional Ecological
Knowledge and Historical Ecology to Improve Landscape and Fire Management."
