In person presentations may vary slightly depending on the nature of the research, scholarly, or creative activity being displayed, e.g. projectors, sound equipment, etc. may be allowed. *Additional equipment may be available upon special request.

12:00-3:00pm – The HSU Library will be open to the campus community to walk through and casually view the posters throughout the day leading up to the reception.

3:00-5:30pm – Formal reception with refreshments begins; colleagues and peers will move informally between the posters while each presenter will give a brief (1-2 minute) talk about their research and answer questions. Each presenter must be available at their poster for at least one of the reception hours (3-4 or 4-5), which will be pre-designated based on your selected time preference to allow for an even balance of speakers throughout the event.

A rotation of more formal presentations in the Library Fishbowl (2 per college; 10 min. each) will take place during the reception. Each college has already pre-selected two representatives with exceptional work to present.

5:30pm – Students may gather their presentation materials and depart.
