Interested in Creating Instructional Videos with Camtasia?

The CSU Academic Technology Services team has arranged for a series of presentations for faculty and staff to be put on by Techsmith to share how to best use their Camtasia and SnagIt products, both of which are licensed systemwide by the CSU.

Three sessions are planned: 

Getting Started with Camtasia - February 4, 2016 at 1:00 PM

This overview will give attendees a sense of what Camtasia is, how to navigate the software, and share some introductory uses and applications. Ideal as an introduction or a refresher.

A Deeper Dive with Camtasia - February 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM

This session is for those with some experience who are looking to unlock the software’s true potential to fulfil their own goals. Explore more tools, tips, tricks and best practices for getting professional results.

Using Video in Your Classroom - March 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM

This session is for those wanting or needing to include video in their delivery but aren't sure where to start. Learn about several popular ways of including video in classes and join an open discussion of new ideas. If time allows, some of these new ideas will be put into practice as a group.
