Learn How to Apply the QOLT Instrument - CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

There is no better way to learn how to teach effectively in the online/blended environment than to be an online student!

Join us for How to Apply the QOLT Instrument (Quality Online Learning and Teaching), a 4-week, fully online, asynchronous course designed to familiarize you with the QOLT Instrument as a guide to improving learning and teaching. This course will support a small cohort of faculty working on best practices, building community, peer reviews, and sharing resources and pedagogies.

Who: Open to HSU faculty teaching web-enhanced, hybrid, and fully online courses
When: May 23 - June 17, 2016
Where: Online! No synchronous sessions required
Commitment: Participation in the 4-week online course (total of 10-12 hours), 85% completion, QOLT self-evaluation, QOLT peer evaluation. 
 

Upon completion, faculty will receive:                                                     

  • $500 stipend                                               
  • Certificate of completion
