Michael G. Scott Distinguished Lecture ~ October 22

The Fisheries Biology Department has the great pleasure this semester to have Dr. Craig Tucker as our Michael Scott Distinguished Lecture speaker. Dr. Tucker, a HSU alumni, is Research Leader for the USDA Agriculture Research Service’s Warmwater Aquaculture Research Unit, in Stoneville, Mississippi. Before that he was research professor and director at Mississippi State University’s National Warmwater Aquaculture Center for more than 30 years. Dr. Tucker will give two seminars on Thursday October 22, 2015.
1. "A Life with Catfish" at 3:00 pm, Goodwin Forum
2. "Aquaculture’s Role in the World Food Supply" at 5 pm, SCI B 133
