Dear Staff, Faculty, and Student Clubs & Organizations,

Welcome to the Fall semester! The MulitCultural Center hosts an annual Welcome Home to the MultiCultural Center Party (MultiCultural Convocation) for students, and I wanted to invite you to table during that event. This year’s Welcome Home Party will be on Friday, August 26 from 3-5pm at the MultiCultural Center - table set up will begin at 2:30pm.

This event offers new students from underrepresented communities the opportunity to meet staff, faculty, administrators, and other students on campus. This event also allows for students to learn more about supportive campus programs and organizations. Our Welcome Home Party is incredibly important, because it is the first chance that students have to begin building community. There is an opportunity to table for those that are interested. Tabling is a chance to showcase your department or organization, and potentially capture the interest of new students.
