Dear Colleagues:

Please let students know about the National College Health Association survey.   The survey is designed to assess student health behaviors in order to provide better services and support for Humboldt State students.  Students may benefit by knowing that they have assisted in providing accurate information regarding health/wellness behaviors on our campus.  The information will be used to develop wellness programs and services for Humboldt State University. 

The National College Health Assessment Survey will be delivered via email beginning March 1st.  Each participant in the survey will be entered in a drawing to win gift cards valued between $25 and $100.

Flyers will be distributed across campus.
