We are pleased to welcome Alison Kleaver as our new University legal counsel via the Office of General Counsel at the Chancellor’s Office.  Alison visited HSU last week with Lorena Peñaloza, who has accepted a new position at UC Santa Cruz. 

Although Ms. Kleaver’s office is in Long Beach, her campus work will be solely dedicated to HSU.  Kim Comet, Director of Risk Management & Safety Services, will serve as HSU’s legal liaison with Ms. Kleaver.  If you need to consult with our attorney, please contact Kay Libolt in the President’s Office with details, and she will coordinate with Ms. Comet.
