CFS (Central Finance System) is being upgraded to version 3.0 by CMS starting at 5 p.m. on 4/26. To perform all the tasks to take the system down, CMS is requiring no new data entry after 3 p.m. and all processing needs to stop by 4 p.m. on the 26th. CFS will be DOWN at 5 p.m. During the downtime, the Data Warehouse will be available but data will only be current as of 4/25 and OBI data will not be refreshed. If you will need Finance data to perform your job duties on 4/27 through 4/30 at 9 a.m., please save your reports or exports to a secure location like Google drive. When the upgrade is complete and CFS is up on 4/30, if you run into any issues please submit a Technology Help Desk ticket for assistance
